Broadcaster and fitness instructor Louise Heraghty of 2fm fame is pictured with Emma Priestman of Unilever to announce that registration opens on Wednesday 19th February for the 2014 Flora Women’s Mini Marathon. Participants are advised to register early as the event regularly reaches maximum capacity in advance of the closing date. The popular 10k event takes place on Monday, 2nd June. The Flora Women’s Mini Marathon is the biggest all-women’s event of it’s kind in the world and it draws over 40,000 participants each year. Since the biggest event began, over €173m has been raised for Irish Charities, making it the biggest single day charity event in Ireland. Picture Andres Poveda
