With St Patrick’s Day fast approaching, the campaign encourages consumers to switch to choosing Bord Bia Quality Assured ham and bacon. Research* announced today shows that half of Ireland’s adult population plan to eat a traditional Irish meal on or around St. Patrick’s Day, with 54% of those surveyed planning to tuck into some bacon and cabbage.
