Ahascragh resident named Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook

Galway, who has been named Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook thanks to the Bord Bia Quality Mark and Today FM’s Anton Savage Show. Megan's winning recipe was pulled honey ham with a wholegrain mustard celeriac remoulade, served with Guinness brown bread.
