Waterford resident is finalist in Bord Bia and Today FM cooking competition to find Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook
Pictured is Damien Donoghue from Waterford, who was a finalist in a competition to find Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook thanks to the Bord Bia Quality Mark and Today FM’s Anton Savage Show. Damien’s recipe was hone & cloved baked ham on sauté spiced baby potatoes and tri-colour stir-fry vegetables, balsamic au jus.
