After weeks of scouring the nation for Ireland’s best ham sandwich maker, Bord Bia and Today FM are delighted to announce that Clare Rooney from Kells, County Meath has won the title of Ireland’s first HAMbassador. Chef Catherine Fulvio, pig farmer Pat O'Flaherty and Today FM’s Jenny Kelly selected Clare as the winner for her ‘hamazing’ ham sandwich creation using Bord Bia Quality Assured Ham cooked in her own home-made BBQ sauce, creamy coleslaw and spinach leaves served in a fresh white bap.
