Tuam resident is finalist in Bord Bia and Today FM cooking competition to find Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook
Pictured is Catherine Byrne from Tuam, who was a finalist in a competition to find Ireland’s most HAMbitious cook thanks to the Bord Bia Quality Mark and Today FM’s Anton Savage Show. Catherine’s recipe was ham, pea and mint soup served with brown soda bread.
