No fee for Repro: 14/06/2012.France and Ireland Launch Funding Programme.Mr. Sean Sherlock TD, Minister of State for Research & Innovation and Mme. Emmanuelle d'Achon, Ambassador of France in Ireland, launched the latest phase of the Ulysses research funding programme. This programme is designed to support new research collaborations between Irish and French researchers. It is named Ulysses after James Joyce's famous novel to celebrate the Joycean links between Ireland and France.
