Located in the old Victorian brewing building on Parliament Street in Kilkenny City, this €3.5m multi-sensory and interactive experience immerses visitors in the history of Smithwick’s, Ireland’s oldest beer brand, the amazing heritage of the Smithwick’s family and its place in Kilkenny, a city steeped in history and brewing tradition. On the night, guests were treated to Smithwick’s Pale Ale and Long Summer and Smithwick’s inspired canapés, with music by Kilkenny band, The Troubadours and local guitarist Mark Anthony McGrath.
