Leading the way in support for the Irish Cancer Society’s Daffodil Day, the Taoiseach Enda Kenny dedicates and plants a daffodil in a mini ‘Garden of Hope’ outside Government buildings.
The Taoiseach and John McCormack, CEO, Irish Cancer Society are ably assisted by Dell employees children Katie Hill (age 4) and Denis Lucey (age 2).
A ‘Garden of Hope’, bearing messages of remembrance and hope for those lost-to or fighting cancer, will be planted in the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin 2 on Daffodil Day which is kindly supported by Dell. Thousands of daffodils with messages of hope and remembrance sent from people across the country will form a garden and the public are invited to come to along on Daffodil Day and plant their message.
