Repro Free: 08/04/2014 Dr. Brid Hollywood is pictured at a ceremony in the Irish Cancer Society offices in Dublin on Tuesday 8th April 2014 at 6pm, with European Cancer Concord (ECC) Members Prof. Prof. John Fitzpatrick and Prof. Mark Lawler presented a framed copy of the European Cancer Patient’s Bill of Rights to the widow and family of Prof. Donal Hollywood, highly regarded oncologist and cancer research leader who sadly passed away due to cancer in 2013. Donal was a founding member of the ECC, a pan-European organisation dedicated to improving outcomes for cancer patients in Europe. On World Cancer Day 4th February 2014, the European Cancer Patient’s Bill of Rights was launched by the ECC in the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Picture Andres Poveda
