Repro Free: 28/10/2015 Dublin: As the Government recently added an additional year to the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Programme the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) welcomed the ‘Reconceptualizing Early Childhood Education (RECE)’ conference 2015 to Dublin. With over 200 delegates from all over the world, the theme of this year’s event is Narratives of Difference: Translations, Transgressions and Transformations.
